What is QHHT? 

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a holistic healing approach founded by Dolores Cannon, a renowned hypnotherapist with over 40 years of experience. Cannon is also known for her bestselling books, including "Convoluted Universe," "Five Lives Remembered," and "Between Life and Death." QHHT aims to facilitate a connection between an individual's subconscious mind and their higher self to gain insights into various aspects of their existence.

The technique involves delving into past lives, parallel lives, current life situations, relationships, health, career, and the overall purpose of one's soul. QHHT goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy by allowing individuals to explore their spiritual dimensions and access information from their higher consciousness.

One of the unique aspects of QHHT is its application in discovering the root causes of illnesses. The technique involves engaging with the subconscious mind and higher self to uncover information that may contribute to understanding and addressing health issues. By accessing this wholesome information, individuals can initiate a self-healing process.

WhyQHHT?

QHHT stands out as the perfect tool for delving into the multiple layers of existence and being, respecting each individual's unique healing journey. What captivates me about this technique is its focus on internal self-healing, a departure from the conventional idea of relying on external sources for healing. It imparts a sense of self-sufficiency that has been less emphasized by society for many years.

The beauty lies in the transformative power of subconscious words – a single answer can bring about a tremendous surge of energy, removing internal blocks. QHHT accomplishes this intrinsic empowerment the best; an irreplaceable experience remains within oneself, for as long as one can remember.

 

Also, numerous individuals not only succeeded in overcoming their mental and emotional obstacles, but the moment they released or resolved them, in some cases, it extended to physical misalignment as well. The sense of resolution runs deep, resulting in a disappearance of physical misalignment and a profound feeling of clarity.

About QHHT session: 

​

  • QHHT can be successfully applied during somnambulistic state which is altered state before sleeping.

  • QHHT feels very natural and sometimes familiar and client will remember most part of the session.

  • QHHT session can take between 4-5 hours average and it is various depending on the individual. Interview part takes minimum of 2 hours and induction part takes 2 hours.

  • QHHT can be done only in person. 

  • QHHT session is most successful when done one-by-one without any additional family member or friends in the room. Also requires undisturbed space. 

  • QHHT can not be done person under 18. However if individual is unable to get session practitioner can facilitate QHHT on closest family member. This is called surrogate session. 

  • Our Subconsciousness has information of all our current and past lives as well as every experience we gathered since the beginning. QHHT can help us connect our subconsciosness and find out answers to our questions that ultimately will help us to heal within. 

  • QHHT is normally intended to offer one FULL session and does not require multiple sessions.

Personally, the best part of QHHT philosophy is that practitioners are facilitators, not healers or someone externally can "fix" your problem. Practitioners can guide you to relaxed state via visualization and help you "meet" your subconscious or higherself. We chose the source of our pain so we are also the source of our healing. QHHT is all about empowering our own real healing power. 

How to prepare for QHHT session:

  • The day before session it is advised to do meditation or any relaxing technique that calms your mind. 

  • Be open to any result. Let your subconscious to decide what is best for you. 

  • Set your body and mind in an optimum state by avoiding heavy drinking and getting a full night of sleep

  • Bring list of questions with you. 

  • Eat a light meal. Bring water and a snack

  • Keep your schedule very light and peaceful for the rest of the day. You may need time to rest or process your experience in solitude.

I'm eternally grateful for my session with Anar, the interview portion of the day was an added thing I ended up benefiting from too, it was like a mini therapy session, sometimes all we need is someone to talk to, and Anar is a perfect listener, also non judging, which helps if you aren't use to telling people about your issues like me. The actual hypnosis went well, with a lot of new insights into finding out about issues I didn't even know I had such as: abandonment, self worth, people pleasing, blockages and pain, and finding out solutions. I really enjoyed the part where Anar asks for a body scan to release certain problems, for me it was lower back pain, and a speaking up issue. After  the session I met my friend for lunch, and sometime during the meal, I realized I wasn't experiencing back pain and that I was projecting my voice more. I experienced my first session with QHHT with Anar and I received so much out of the experience, more than I expected.  She spent quite a bit of time first conducting the interview to get to know me better and to help me feel comfortable.  I felt very safe sharing some deeply personal experiences and there was absolutely no judgement.  She is a truly caring individual and was very respectful and really listened to what I was saying. During the induction, I wasn’t sure if I would feel or see anything, but she encouraged me to not filter anything but just to share what I saw.  What was amazing was at the end, how she helped me to connect everything together.  I also experienced a profound awareness about something that was connected to my ongoing sleep issues.  There was deep healing that happened that I can’t express enough my gratitude for.  Thank you Anar!
